Dedicated mandate · from €1M

Your mandate. Our regulated infrastructure.

A fund of one is a dedicated investment vehicle with a single investor: you. The strategy is written for your objectives and constraints, then executed inside an Estonia-regulated fund structure with independent governance, custody and administration.

01 / definition

What a fund of one is

Instead of joining a pooled vehicle alongside other investors, your capital sits in its own compartment with its own mandate, its own reporting and its own liquidity terms. You get the discipline and oversight of a regulated fund without sharing a strategy designed for someone else's risk tolerance or time horizon.

02 / minimum

Minimum investment of €1 million

A dedicated vehicle carries its own governance, administration and audit overhead. €1 million is the level at which that structure is sensible for the investor. Below it, the pooled income-oriented investment fund is usually the better route.

03 / mandate

A tailored investment mandate

The mandate defines permitted instruments, concentration and liquidity limits, currency exposure, distribution policy and any exclusions you require. It is written before capital is deployed and it binds the manager — a documented constraint set, not an informal understanding.

04 / governance

Governance and reporting

Holdings, valuations, exposures and mandate compliance are reported on a regular cycle. Governance sits with the fund structure rather than with the manager alone; see governance, custody and risk.

05 / custody

Independent custody and administration

Assets are held with independent custodians and the vehicle is administered independently of the investment manager, with an annual external audit. Your capital is never commingled with the manager's own.

06 / suitability

Suitable investor profile

Families, single-family offices, entrepreneurs post-liquidity and corporates with a specific mandate in mind — typically eligible or well-informed investors with at least €1 million to allocate and a multi-year horizon.

07 / process

How onboarding works

  1. Introductory conversation — objectives, constraints, liquidity needs.
  2. Draft mandate — permitted instruments, limits, distribution policy.
  3. Eligibility and onboarding documentation.
  4. Vehicle set-up with custodian and administrator.
  5. Funding and phased deployment.
  6. Ongoing reporting and mandate review.

Conversations are private and by introduction.
